PRP Services
What is PRP?
PRP, which stands for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, is designed to help individuals with mental health challenges develop the skills and support they need to live fulfilling lives in their communities. These services typically include things like counseling, life skills training, job coaching, and support with things like housing and education. The goal is to empower individuals to manage their mental health effectively and participate more fully in society.
How can I receive services?
To receive PRP Services from Step-up, the client should have a referral completed by their therapist. Our client's must be recipients of Maryland Medicaid to be eligible for services. If you feel that you are in need of services but you are not connected with a therapist, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.

At Step-up, we cater to a diverse clientele, welcoming individuals as young as four years old. Once you're eligible for our services, we match you with a PRP specialist who fits your needs. Our cohesive team collaborates to provide comprehensive support to each and every client.

Moreover, we are family-friendly and offer in-home visits to accommodate your needs. Our PRP specialists adopt a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals to thrive, both within the community and in the comfort of their homes.
